The Infineon On-Chip Memory Programming Tool 4 (Memtool 4) is intended to handle the on-chip FLASH and OTP memory devices on microcontrollers of the XC800, XC16x and TriCore families. It also supports UART Boot loader based programming of XMC4000 and XMC1000.
